Haven't seen any official announcements, but I had 4G near the Foothills Mall area all through the day on Saturday. Didn't find it anywhere else as I traveled across town, but got it consistently each time I was in that one area. Got a 19100kbps download on speedtest, which I was pretty happy with. Thread in the Tbolt forum is confirming.
