Google voice problems?

Anyone having problems with Google voice? Im running complete stock. Coming from a fascinate. Its saying that my network (Verizon) does not support the configuration. ? Any thoughts? I have tried troubleshooting with Google website no luck. Please help

take a look @ settings>wireless & network>mobile networks>system selection....
i tried the cdma and it wouldnt work (just to test it out)
select LTE Automatic. i am testing data roaming checked and "use packet data" checked..
the original settings when i got the phone did not have packet checked..

PS>> make sure you check Automatic in system selection...
