Is there a way to remove some of the preinstalled apps with out being rooted? An app perhaps?

Sent from my Droid Charge using Tapatalk.

Root ......go to xda site there are instructions with pictures on how to root.

I cant believe I went 2 months with the stock unrooted rom due to fear of rooting. Wished I had done it the day I bought the phone.

Same. The phone is sooo much better without VZW's bloatware bogging it down. I will never own a non rooted phone again.

if you dont try to analize it, rooting is easy.. and has one of the sexiest female voice i've ever heard.

dont rush it and wait till it boots into new OS, then you can flash etc with ease.

So true. Get Clockwork installed and it's as simple as enabling voodoo and extracting a zip file for most.
