Anyone else missing text messages?

Just wondering if anyone else is missing text messages and calls.
Last week i had someone call me and ask me why i hadn't returned his call. I looked on the phone, and nothing came through. No missed call or anything.
Yesterday, my wife ran into someone at the store who said they just texted me. She gets home and asked what he wanted, i had no idea what she was talking about. Again, nothing on my phone.
So I called verizon, they had me pull the battery and if it happens again to call back. (great help!)
Well today, the same thing happened. I'm getting ready to call verizon, but just wondering if it's just me?

I never miss texts, but I get a ton of double texts. It only happens every now-and-then, but it's annoying when it does happen.

It's not just Charge. Verizon is good for this. Late or missing missed calls or txts.

I've noticed it for the last two months or so where a text I send won't go thru or I won't receive a text. I've currently got a trouble ticket going with them.
