DNA and HTC Media Link
Has anyone used the media link yet with the DNA? I'm curious as to how well Google Play movies perform.

Haven't used it at home yet, but they have it set up at my local Verizon and I love it. Ordered it yesterday.

Re: DNA and HTC Media Link
From what I have seen you have to have this HTC Media Hub to make it work.

Probably no advantage outside of the fact that I don't have a DLNA compatible TV.
It's also relatively portable so I could bring it with me on travel and use it in hotel rooms.

Re: DNA and HTC Media Link
Sooks,
Have you gotten yours yet? I actually picked it up from my local AT&T shop this afternoon. I have only played with it for a little bit, but after my brief use I think it does what is does very well, but it doesn't do everything.
While You Tube plays well, I wasn't able to get Google Play to work. Played a couple of games, and after a few minutes they would all fall behind what was on the phone screen.
I'm not sure if the issues were with my wireless network or the device. I'll give it the 14 days, but if it doesn't do more its a bit expensive for what it has demonstrated so far.

Re: DNA and HTC Media Link
I'm late to this thread but will post this for anyone else that stumbles accross it. Google play does not work with some Bluetooth devices as well as media link unless you download the Google play app on your pc and select to download your media and then sync it back to your DNA.

Re: DNA and HTC Media Link
Will this work with SlingPlayer, or other movies that I might stream in the browser (such as movie2k)?
