I have noticed that my email messages that I keep in my inbox are randomly disappearing. I looked through the email settings on the phone and couldn't find anything. Any help? Please and thank you!

how old are these emails that disappeared? and are you using the default HTC email client or gmail?

There are a number of settings under the email apps, how many days of emails to hold, size etc, check there I think the max days are 30... I set mine to that, anything older won't show.

It's a Comcast account and they're disappearing in about 2-3 days. I'll check the settings again but I haven't found anything about how long to hold them. Thank you!

It probably has to do with number of days to download (mines set to 3), whether checking/deleting mail from the phone deletes it from the Comcast server, or whether it syncs deleted emails. One of those settings. Do you check it some other way as well?

from Mail, select Menu -> Settings -> Sync, Send & Receive
