Google Wallet Good to Go!
Sorry if this is old, but i was going through my apps in the market and decided to give Google wallet a go after a first unsuccessful side load attempt when i got the DNA. And it say it's compatible now and downloaded and installed like any normal app... glitch?
Apparently so.. when i open it, it says it's not ready for my device or network. So why in the world am i able to download and install it if it can't work on my device? Google gearing up to make it so? - 12-06-2012, 01:30 PM #2
Re: Google Wallet Good to Go!
Unfortunately, it doesn't really mean much of anything. I remember being able to install it on my GS3 from the Play Store (or perhaps it was my GNex, don't remember which exactly), but was still blocked from actually using it.
I don't think Verizon will let it happen anytime soon especially with Isis being their choice for mobile payments. - 12-06-2012, 01:51 PM #3
Re: Google Wallet Good to Go!
I'm hoping this changes soon and someone is able to make an usable apk available so that we can use Wallet on the DNA. Tired of having to bring my Nexus to work to pay for things but at least it's an excuse to play Angry Birds Star Wars.

Re: Google Wallet Good to Go!
One of the reasons I'm looking to leave Verizon when this contract is up. I have it on my Gnex. I just back it up on my Nexus 7 and side load it with no problem. But I should not be forced into using the Verizon Isis if I want to use something different.
