Why do small embedded photos on websites look like "impressionist paintings?"
WHY DO SMALL EMBEDDED PHOTOS ON WEBSITES LOOK LIKE "IMPRESSIONIST PAINTINGS?" Is it just my DNA? When I compare my DNA side by side with my old Thunderbolt, photos look more like paintings.
