    Default HTC Sync Manager won't let me Sync!!

    I have all the necessary requirements for software according to HTC Sync Manager website, but no matter what I do, I can't get it to sync. All my itunes loaded into the program right, but the "Sync Settings" button is constantly greyed out... I can't figure out why!

    Any ideas please?

    I had some issues with sync manager. Call HTC tech support at 866-963-0953, they are super at walking you through to get it to work
