***Droid DNA - Mounting As Disk Drive Solution***
After a couple of emails, I finally found out the answer:
"We know how important it is to be able to use your Droid DNA as a Disk Drive on your Mac. I will be happy to assist you with this. With the Jelly Bean update, this has disabled the feature that was used for Disk Drive that was USB Mass Storage. Now Jelly Bean uses Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) which is not compatible with Mac. This is a change for all Android Jelly Bean devices, not just HTC. However, you can install a program on your Mac that will allow you to transfer your media as you once did. You can download Android File Transfer. This can be located by visiting Android.com. I hope this information is useful. If you have further issues, please feel free to reply. We will be happy to assist you."
So there you have it: mounting as a Disk Drive is (supposedly) not an option anymore.
However, I went ahead and downloaded Android File Transfer, which looks exactly like the Disk Drive.
Hope others will be able to get some use out of this...
