Sound/Vibrate Issue

When I'm at work I keep my phone on vibrate but when I leave work I turn the sound back on for everything. I've activated vibrate/sound by using the widget and by going into settings and change the sound profile. My issue is sometimes when I turn the sound back on it shows the volume being back on but I'll look at my phone a little later and notice text messages and missed calls because my phone turned the volume back down to zero on it's own.

Anyone else experience this?

I've had the same problem. I figured maybe I was hitting the volume down when I grabbed the phone to pick it up, but I'm pretty sure I'm not doing that.
