google now widget not working correctly

The new Google now widget works great on my xoom and on my razr m but on the DNA it will only show one card at a time no matter what size the widget is set to. Is anyone else having the same issue? Any ideas about cause?

Having the same issue. I select the 4x4 widget but it only populates a 4x1 widget with the weather.

Same for me. And just to verify, we can't get screen lock with it yet bc we're still on 4.1.1, right?

Anyone know how to get it working on a Nexus 7? I downloaded the app and couldn't get it to work. I mean, if its a widget, I didn't see it under the Widgets selection. Is it maybe because the N7 already had Google Now pre-installed as part of the Nexus 7? Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

Its a google search widget. Should have two options when you long press the home screen and select widgets. (Google search , Google now)

Thanks man. But I have selected the Google Now Widget and placed it on my homescreen. When I do this, on the widget itself says, "Download Google Now." I don't understand what I need to do. I even updated the Google Search and still the same message on the widget.
