The 14MB is a prep update. The next one is 564.9MB. That's the biggie.

A small update that VZW pushes to prepare your phone to take the larger update. I don't know the specifics, but they do it quite frequently with major OS updates.

My third HTC and I've never seen such a thing. But I do have the prep now and await the big shebang.

Yeah, just download and install the 14MB update and then after your phone boots back up, check again manually for an update and the 563MB update will be there waiting for you. The 14MB update was there to prepare your phone for the big update.

Sense 5 seems to work very well on the DNA thus far.

The 14mb itself helped battery life tremendously! I'm on track to get 24 hours out of this charge! And I'm getting nervous about going after the full update. :-) Not my first HTC Android version upgrade. :-)
