Am I the only DNA user with no update?

Its been a week since the update and I still have not received any pop ups and when trying to do it manually it just says no new software available. Is there any other DNA users who share my problem by the way I'm in Maryland.

Don't use a DNA personally but this isn't uncommon. The update is done in waves which you most likely know and you're most likely at the end of the rollout or so it sounds. Try to manually pull it each day though as it is bound to be quicker than waiting. Just don't do it too much as I've heads of it glitching did to this.

Yea it sucks I called Verizon and they said it could still be another week. :(

Trust me when I say this but Verizon has no idea when the update will come out or how long it will be. Most of those representatives are less knowledgeable than our community on AC.

Got the update yesterday!!! Love this phone WAY BETTER... Plus... Seems like it can handle the network a lot faster...

Also the Text Message screens...
