Problems after gb update

I'm having some issues after gb update. Talk, Gmail, and Market all crash on loading. Any advice?

They did for me as well. I had to do a factory reset and everything is fine again. Make sure to back up your data.

If you're contacts aren't all through Google turn on backup assistant. Sync your Google account by going into settings accounts and sync then just sync all. Be sure in privacy on the settings mebu you have back up my settings checked. Make a list of downloaded free appsl (just in case) and make sure that if you have anything installed from the Amazon market you know where the email with the link to the download is. Move any pictures or videos from the internal memory (wait I don't think thus version of the incredible store on the phone so never mind) Then you just go into settings under SD and phone storage and click factory data reset.
