Bluetooth: everything other than calls considered music(A2DP)?

Hi. I'm trying to get a single-ear bluetooth headset which can play all audio from device including Google Voice, music, audio recordings and not just calls as with my Plantronics 240. Do I need a single-ear A2DP headset or something else ?

There's an app in the market called BT Mono that will do exactly that. I think there is both a free and paid version of the app. I use it pretty regularly.

I think the paid version is $.99 and it is worth the upgrade to the paid version.

An app named SoundAbout will do that as well.
