HTC Incredible 2 Boot Loop after hard reset Help!!!!

I recently did a hard reset on my HTC Incredible 2, now its stuck in a boot loop, I also can not access Hboot by holding the power button and down volume on boot.

Do I have any options? Is there anyway to reinstall the factory rom or can I root the phone to fix this? The phone is completely factory now it's never been rooted.

If you aren't rooted, I would just pull the battery out for about 30 sec and then put it back in and attempt to do a normal power up.

Hmm, not sure what to suggest then since you aren't rooted. I'm not sure of a way to reinstall the factory ROM without root. If you can't send it back or get it replaced I would try rooting it and then you should be able to get things going. My HTC Desire SV get switch off while playing game & after that when had tried to charge & start it, it?s not booting, The LED orange light is also continuously blinking while charging.

Pls help or suggest what to do
