inc 2 email problem

has anyone had an issue with inc 2 htc email client. mine will not work it says i have already setup an email account but it doesnt render it for me in the htc email. i have a yahoo and gmail . i talked to 2 tech 1 guys and 1 tech 2 neither could figure it out. any info anyone has would be appreciated.

If I am not mistaken HTC mail is separate email account
