Call Settings

New to android...

On this phone should my call settings be in CDMA mode or global?

i set mine as CDMA so it doesn't have to check. when i travel, i'll have it strictly on GSM.

it shouldn't make much of a difference though

Would ensure that CDMA radio is used only, so when it loses signal it doesn't try to go to the other. At least that is what I have always been told about my BBs

hmm. in theory that would help battery life when in a low signal area.

so setting it to CDMA only wouldn't have any disadvantages or change the user experience negatively

Can only be CDMA. The SIM card is used only traveling outside the United States. It isn't a GSM device. Only T-Mobile and AT&T are GSM carriers
