Weird browser typing

I had a problem with typing on the Google browser...............I would type a letter and it would make a switch to a "dot" as if it was typing a password. This would happen randomly.
After a couple of days of this and being annoying I decided to try a soft reset. Now it is working fine.
If you don't know what a soft reset is, while the phone is still on remove the battery and keep it off up to 20 seconds. If this doesn't do the trick, then best to do a hard reset.

This worked for me so hope if you have this problem it will work for you.

It appears to be a bug with the Native Browser with Android. Use Skyfire.

seeing your post I called Verizon and they haven't heard of a bug being in the browser. I have had this device for quite awhile.......and haven't had any issues till a couple of days or so ago. But thank you for the suggestion
