Voicemail icon on homescreen

I've searched all over the threads looking for this and hopefully someone can help.

Regarding the green voicemail icon on the home screen. I want it to go straight to voice mail when I click it, instead of giving me another screen option to "set up visual voice mail" or "tap to call voicemail".

I figured out how to create a shortcut and place it on my home screen to dial straight into my voicemail, but the icon is simply a silhoutte of a person with a phone in the bottom right hand corner.

So, I'm either looking to change the green voicemail icon to dial directly into my voicemail without another step, or change the "silhoutte" icon to a green voicemail icon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just hit the #1 key on my keypad it goes straight to my regular voice mail.

Not to sidestep your problem, but... have you tried using Google Voice? Because it's awesome. You can view all of your voicemail messages in the app and listen to them individually. It even tries to transcribe them for you.
