Man, you are Right On The Money! Thank you very much. Like so much of the things that really don't matter in the big picture -- it is little things like this that build up and make your head explode. Like some of the others (above), I emailed, then called Verizon - never got a response and the support person had no clue. THIS time I used your suggestion and went straight to Tech Support - the young lady was uber knowledgeable - knew what I was talking about - and got it shut off on their end. She also suggested to go in and change the (SYNC) time (to day time hours). Evidently you can also set it so it only Syncs when you are on WiFi.
