Earlier today, I turned on my Droid Incredible 4G and to my dismay everything was gone. I mean it looked like when I first purchased it. Contacts = gone. Pictures = gone. No apps I had installed were there, no notes I had saved or texts I had sent/received. I didn't hit any sort of factory reset button, the only thing I remember is when I turned it on I remember it showed some sort of green arrow on a black screen that I thought meant it was synchronizing something but at the time I ignored it. Since my discovery I've tried turning the phone off and on and taking the battery out and putting it back in but nothing has worked. Has anyone else had this happen to them? What can I do about this?
