Is this through Verizon or Best Buy? I'm getting mine in store on thursday...i guess there is no way to use it in-store is there?
Like maybe if ask them about the code, and she says its an online only promotion, then i could just say that i'd get it online. And seeing as the sales reps are all about selling the phone and other stuff (they must get incentives), then maybe she'd give me $30 off???

Another confirmation of this code no longer being valid. I had it applied earlier today and should have pulled the trigger. Now I'll have to wait a few weeks.

Brittany: Great. The Multimedia devices would be able to get the promotion,.
You: It came back w/ a message "Criteria for **** promotion were not met; no discount was applied."
Brittany: Just to be sure that I understand what you are asking, can you please rephrase your question?
You: When I applied the code "SMART30" earlier today, it applied a $30 discount to my order. Now it is not. Is that code still valied? I was under the impression it's good until 5/3.
Brittany: Unfortunately, the promotion isn't valid. Are you looking to upgrade?
You: Yes, I am looking to upgrade. If the code is not valid anymore, I will have to wait until later in May.
Brittany: We have promotions for other devices.
Brittany: What key features in a cell phone are most important to you?
