DInc. rooted with Unrevoked3 CyanogenMod 7.1.0 RC1 GB 2.3.4
I am running LP but I still change themes. The theme I currently have is Mau5KANG but when I reboot the phone it goes to a strange mix of this theme and what I can only guess is the system theme because some things were green and some were cyan. I had to choose a different theme let it load and then go back to Mau5KANG. Also when I reboot whatever live wallpaper I am running it goes back to the Nexus wallpaper. It's happen with the Nyan cat and Starfield. Any thoughts?

Are you flashing the themes or using Theme Manager? If you're flashing then that would explain the mix of Icon's you're seeing. Most flashed themes overwrite files in the System directory. So if you flash one theme over another then some files may get overwritten and not others.
