Hey guys I keep having to reset my ringtone because when I switch from NORMAL to VIBRATE and back the default keeps coming back. I keep going to music, trimming and setting and every time I turn the phone off or switch it to vibrate the NORMAL profile keeps going back to the default tone and volume. Why? How do I make it stick?

I honestly have no clue. How're you switching it to and from vibrate? Going through the settings menu or by holding the top screen lock button?

Mine doesn't do this so all I can do is give you options to try.
