Since, I believe, the Incredible and Nexus One share much in common hardware wise, this is somewhat unwelcome news!

The Incredible will NOT be getting official ICS. You'll have to root.

I agree. I was referring to a Cyanogenmod build.

Oh jk. The Incredible (and the N1) will definitely get CM - just because Google won't give it to the N1, doesn't mean it's not capable of running it.
