cannot play video

Hey everyone. I'm new to Android and just got my incredible this past week and I'm loving it. I'm actually typing from it right now. However, I ran into a problem today. When trying to play a video off of espn on 3g today and when trying to play a video off of YouTube on 3g from nba both times I got the video cannot play message. I could play the videos off WiFi I think last night and I could play other YouTube videos on 3g so I was wondering if it was a permissions problem or if anyone else had experienced this. Thanks.
