    Default "Low on Memory" Problem

I have had a continuing problem for almost three months where have been getting warning on my scroll down bar saying my phone memory is getting low and does not receive any text messages, emails etc. I have learned that to get rid of the warning and be able to receive emails and text messages I either have to un-install applications/move to sd card or clear their data. This also prevents me from downloading a lot of applications. Is there anyway I can get rid of this problem once and for all. I would prefer not to root my phone but if that what it takes I am willing to do it. Any advice?

It's a known issue with HTC Sense - you're not the only one, and yours isn't the only phone that suffers from it, although it might be the worst..

Putting on a custom ROM will solve your issue. If you don't wanna do that, you just have to move as many apps as possible to the card and clear data out of your largest 3 or so apps
    vanquish (stock rooted)
    d2spr (CM 4.2.2 nightly)
    manta (stock rooted)

How many text's do yo have saved? You might want to delete a bunch of the older ones. Same with email, how many days of email are you holding on the phone. You may want to reduce it to either 1, 3 or 5 days worth.

    Hope this helps.
