Does your wallpaper load when you do a restart or does it load with the stock HTC one then load yours? Mine loads the factory one then switches to my custom one. Is this normal? All stock unrooted.

My DInc is unrooted as well. Shortly after I got my phone (12/10) I started using Solar Winds Live Pro as my wallpaper. I remember that if I did a reboot, SWLP would remain as my wallpaper. About 6 months ago I did a software update (frankly I can't remember if it was to SWLP or to the firmware) and from that point forward whenever I did a reboot the wallpaper would revert to the base HTC fixed-image wallpaper. I then have to manually switch the wallpaper back to SWLP, which is no big deal because it remembered my particular settings.
