Incredible Loses Top Spot to EVO

Why are we allowing all those EVO fans to have more post than us and take over the top spot here for HTC devices. Now when we go to the forum page I have to past the EVO before I get to the incredible. Are we losing our fan base or something? Is not one caring anymore about posting in here. INC fans we need to get our top spot back over the EVO.

Agreed with this. EVO is having some problems going on right now. The INC almost ran flawlessly from the start, only minor problems the whole time. I guess that is why Verizon is so good. They rigorously test everything so there aren't problems like that.

First time since launch......lets make it the only time

I agree, the Incredible forum used to be on fire! Although I have both devices, and I think they are both winners, the Incredible has an edge when it comes to speed and graphics quality.

Ya there are a lot of angry people waiting for their phones. This needs to blow up again. I liked getting on and seeing a ton of new threads like every hour. I like to hear that you prefer the INC over the EVO Cory.

Exactly, it seems like we've hit a bump in the production. Maybe after this more phones will be shipped.

But I'm not going to blame the AMOLED. Its too good to give up.

Inc sold 100K units first two days. Moto Droid sold 100K first weekend. EVO apparently sold about 320K units first day.

Looks like it was a good idea that Sprint/HTC/Google gave away EVO units to all Google I/O attendees. That really kicked off the momentum as Sprint hasn't advertised to the degree of VZW. Sprint is probably benefiting from VZW marketing.

Also doesn't help Inc that it has supply issues due to AMOLED screen manufacturing issues.

i am a 5-23...after seeing some 5-22's shipping today, i am extremely wishful, though not that hopeful, that i will be shipped tomorrow. hard for me to know because i have been being told i was going to receive an email for 2 weeks. called to verify which email they had and found out the rep in store "forgot" to check the box!!!

I'm still a ways off. I ordered on 6/4.

I keep hoping to come on here and read about HTC really cranking up production, and that everyone should have theirs in a week. I'd love that.

But it won't happen.

Still, its worth the wait.

It is pretty poor that they don't have more phones. Although you can tell that they are getting a lot in, I think, because they're advertising like crazy now for the inc. I just have to say that the AMOLED at full brightness is really amazing. The colors just pop out.

Haha its is really funny to see everyone freaking out over getting their INC. I do think after June when they start to get a stock of them and people get them then I think this forum will get hot again. I mean there are over 78000 views in the shipping thread. I think many people are dying not having one. You guys should have gotten lucky and got it right away. I bet the INC would have sold more during the opening weekend except stock a getting too low.

Ya this phone it too big to have it just drop off and lose to the EVO. I mean this phone is selling more than the droid so it should get more post than it.

Hi guys, I'm new to Android Central and new to the Android experience. Currently a Blackberry owner but my next phone will be a Droid Incredible. I cannot wait to join all the fun you guys are having. I've been following this thread for weeks now and you guys have all helped me make my decision to purchase an Incredible. Thank you all!
