Awesome Reception!

Just went to Verizon Wireless store because wifes phone(samsung rougue) was acting up it had bad reception and battery was dieing. Rep told me her phone was on an old alltell network. I never had alltell so i dont know how that happened so i had her check my Inc and it was the same so she changed it and it is now fast and great reception so if you have problems have them change it. They can also block it from happening again.
