I just manually updated my wife's Incredible, and the phone doesn't want to dial for about a minute after start up. I enter a number, dial, and it just goes away. After about a minute, things seem to balance out.
I just wanted to see if anyone else had any issues after starting fresh. The weird thing is that I even tried to format the phone, but everything remained exactly the same. It's weird that it didnt wipe it
