How's your camera after 2.2?
Ever since I got the Android 2.2 OTA update, it seems like the picture taking quality of the camera has actually gone down and the shutter speed has been reduced.
Nothing too major but just something I noticed and would like fixed unless this is only happening to me. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue as well? - 09-05-2010, 05:39 PM #2
no problems here. I use Vignette though, if that helps.

really??? I would say that my shutter speed had increased and the image stability is better.
Or at least the pics of my lightening fast toddler are much better since Froyo. - 09-05-2010, 07:24 PM #6

My camera doesn't seem to focus since the update. When I touch the area I want it to focus on, it sounds like the lens is moving, but the image never changes and stays blurry. Anyone else having this issue?

Hate to do it, but I'm going to plug the Vignette app again (no... I am not the app dev). From my experience, it seems to be easier getting a picture that is not blurry with Vignette. It has the option to take pictures by touching anywhere on the screen instead of pushing the optical trackpad. I've found that it is easier to get a good focus this way. - 09-05-2010, 08:32 PM #10
