On a sunny day the camera should be sensitive enough to stop action it. Turn your ISO setting up to 1250 and that will help as well. If you are still getting motion blur, then try changing the metering mode from average to center. Make sure that the vehicle is centered when you take the shot if you do that.
Really depends on the speed you are going. The camera in the Inc, all though good, is not fast motion optimized like a stand alone dslr etc. So like suggested play with your settings then play with your speed.
