I believe both Verizon and sprint are cdma in theory, you should be able to use it. I heard Sprint roams on some of Verizon towers. I'm sure some one else could give a more accurate answer.

Take mine with a grain of salt. Lol because honesty I don't know.

Yes, Sprint & Verizon both run on CDMA networks and technically the hardware can be used on both networks, but the specific ESN# and Model# of every US CDMA phone must be in the carrier's database. If you find a way to get the MSL(SPC) code for your DInc to either change the ESN or get Sprint to add the Verizon ESN and then activate it, then I tip my hat off to you, because I've never seen it done...
