Gmail question

In the body of the email, I click on an embedded email address. The pop box says to choose either Gmail or Mail. I select Mail but I really want to select Gmail. Since I clicked 'Do Not Ask Again', it is stuck on Mail. How do I clear the selection so the popup box reappears?

Menu-->Settings-->Applications-->Manage Applications

Click on "All" at the top

Find the email application that it's defaulting to. Click on it then scroll down to where is says "Launch by default" and click "Clear defaults"
