I would try deleting your account then sign back in that should fix your issue.

My Dinc hasn't had any GMail pushed to my phone since yesterday either. I've had to manually sync all day. Very frustrated. Post above says delete account. But this is the account used when I activated phone.

If your not getting your email pushed to your phone you need to remove your account then add it back. Hit menu>settings>accounts and snyc>manage accounts> then remove your Gmail account then just add it back. I'm running MIUI Rom so the steps above may be a little different.

Thanks Mclarryjr. Are there any consequences to removing the primary account used to set up the phone in the first place? Thanks!

I will tell you guys that I have had the same issue on two different phones (Incredible and Moment) two different carriers and two different OS versions. I read on Google's support site that they are aware of the issue and are "looking into it". Whatever the heck that means since their post was from yesterday.

Having problems here too since yesterday. 11/2 was perfect, then when booted up phone yesterday, nothing. HTC Hero (sprint). I even reset the phone and started from scratch (made the phone snappier) but no go with push gmail. Hope this gets resolved soon. Glad to hear it's not just me

I have the same issue on a MyTouch 4G since the update yesterday. I have 4 accounts with Gmail 3 of which are corporate. One of my accounts (which happens to be my personal gmail one) does not sync automatically. I tried removing and re-adding but no dice.

Just for kicks, I downloaded K9 Mail, set it up, leaving Gmail App as well. Both are syncing fine . I uninstalled K9 Mail and now Gmail is working fine (for now) I only have 1 Gmail acct set up and am using HTC Incredible (non rooted)Not sure if I had something disabled or what, going to keep testing....

Try this...
Go into Settings | Applications | Manage Applications...
Scroll and select GMail -> Clear Cache and Clear Data
select GMail Storage -> Clear Cache and Clear Data
exit settings, and go back to GMail app and do a refresh - 11-05-2010, 07:25 AM #21

I had the no sync problem yesterday too. I did not attempt any of the suggested fixes, choosing instead just to wait. I received a few push emails this morning. So I'm guessing it was something on Google.s end.

I have had to do this a few times because my mail wouldn't sync and it has always fixed the issue. The only way it won't work if there is a problem with Gmail on Googles end.
