Why do you want to take it off?
Sugesstions: sharpie, electrical tape, black paint.
Good luck! I can't think of a proper way of taking it off.Feel free to private message me at any time! I enjoy getting private messages.

I'm pretty sure it's under the glass (smear a greasy finger on there, you'll see) (lovely, I know). You'd have to pry off the first layer of glass, which, I'm also pretty sure would fubar your touch screen.
Disclaimer: this is not even remotely a recommendation or suggestion that you actually pry off any glass. Period.

I was just kidding with my suggestions.
I mean the sharpie and black paint might work but they both might bring a unnecessary shine to that area where it was applied.
I'll say it again...
