First off, love my Incredible. Converted from a Blackberry Storm 2 and will never go back.
What I'm looking for is an app that allows me to create support tickets. I need to be able to access them from my phone and allow my boss to access them as well (preferably through a website). I'm a network administrator and the only IT staff person at my organization so things get a little hectic and hard to keep up with. We currently use a website provided by our data processor that allows me to create tickets but I'm unable to access them from my phone. I'm always on the move so this doesn't really work out well for me.
The only solution that I've come up with that will fit my needs is to run a CRM server and the CRM app on my phone. Any other suggestions?
