Honestly, his mom's paying for the phone, and she has full right to block his use of it in school, especially since cell phones typically aren't allowed period in public schools. There are few situations he'd use it during school rather than to goof off during class.

Nope guys it's not my son. Wrong state. LOL Thankfully enough I put the content filter on and he can no longer access "Those" sites.
