Unfortunately, no they are not, they are different form factors.

I made the switch last week, and honestoy its not that big an upgrade, n the sense that its not much of a bump specwise, but its a nce phone, and 4g speeds are crazy, at least in new york. I had an upgrade ready forever tho, and there arent any phons for vzw coming out soon that im interested in. That said, im starting to rreally lke th tbolt, and once ive rooted and got cm7 ill be very happy wih it.
