Calendar event issues...help!

So here's the scoop. I accepted an event as attending on facebook and thought nothing more of it. I then come to find out that the event date of this event spans for 2 months for whatever reason and when I looked at my phones calendar to see that every day now had an event on it and it was a solid green bar...so i couldn't see if I had any other events without clicking the actual date or turning off facebook as one my my calendars. Is there any way to refresh my phone so that it now recognizes I clicked not attending so I can have my calendar back?

If you have an HTC Sense ROM on your phone you can go to settings accounts and sync settings and press sync now. If you have a different phone see if you can sync facebook. If no luck just delete the event from your calendar or use the agenda view to see if you have any event's or appointments. Hope this helped.
