Within the past two days, I've had my phone stop receiving Yahoo e-mail using the HTC mail app. I went through restarting the phone to see if that would help. When it didn't, I deleted the account and readded it. That helped for all of last night and now it's back to not receiving mail. I'm using the standard IMAP settings for my phone. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm having the same issue. I tried everything you tried. The only thing I've changed in the past couple days is that I installed the gingerbread update to my EVO. Everything was working fine for about 24hrs and then yesterday at noon, Yahoo mail stopped coming in. It seems to be a sync issue possibly, as emails seem to send okay, but the sent box is not syncing, and the inbox has no messages after deleting and re-adding the account.

I'm using the Yahoo Mail App from the market at this point, until I can figure out the issue. Good luck.

Mines out also. I deleted the account thinking re-adding it would work. Now I can't even add it.

Same problem here on my evo. I know it's not my phone because I tried it on a different evo and still
Nothing. I used a different app and it works fine(Maildroid) but only on the HTC Mail App for android

I can setup my Hotmail account no problems. Definitely something with Yahoo. Now on the other hand a co-worker has an Incredible and his Yahoo account is working fine on his HTC Mail Client. I don't get it.

My wife is having the same problem on her Incredible. It started 2 days ago. I hope their is a fix for this soon.

Unless something has changed...yahoo mail cannot be checked over wifi.

For some reason, I can't pull in my Yahoo messages over my cellular network using the HTC mail app. And I know I have several on the server.

UPDATE: The problem seemed to resolve after 8pm last night.

Just checked my DINC. Still not working. WiFi or 3G.
