When I first got this phone, it had a hard time staying in vibrate only mode. Eventually with sound manager I managed to get it to stay there. But now I've noticed that if I go to settings, turn on normal sound mode, and enable ringing in sound manager, it still will only vibrate for texts, etc.

What gives?

More than likely the ringer volume is still all the way down, and the Vibrate for notifications box is still checked. You can change the volume with the buttons on the side, and uncheck the box in the sounds menu.

I would also go in your messaging app, look to see if you have vibrate only checked. May also be a problem in the app itself
