I am rooted now need help?

i am rooted...(i am not going to look thru 50 pages of forums for help so any help would be great)
first off i did the one click root
1. i want to remove bing
2. i want to remove the bloatware vzw put on
3. how do i flash a new ROM and what is the best one
4. i want to make the phone faster

Reboot into recovery and make a backup (nandroid) that will prevent horror stories of bricks....

Because I'm a nice guy...

1. Get rid of Bing
2. Debloat
3. Flashing ROMs
4. The phone is already fast. Doing the previous steps will make it faster.

My phone ran waaaaaay better with a Clean Rom by JT then it ever did manually removing bloat. Just sayin.

after all this is done and you have downloaded rom manager, go into rom manager and select backup rom

were do i get that and if i have a problom and go back to stock will vzw still help and can i use appbrain to back up my apps to a new rom
