Rooted with old lag fix...

Hi Guys.

I have my phone rooted one click method with an old lag fix installed. My phone didn't yet update. I have several of questions:

1. If I want to just do an update on my phone, do I need to uninstall the old lag fix? If so, how? I didn't see the thread that was stickied that showed the instructions.

2. If I want to flash a custom rom, do I also need to uninstall the lag fix? Is there a clean rom with a new update installed? I see a lot of info on the boards, but not sure which one I should install due to the new update.

3. Is there a thread that explains the kernels and what they do? I see these being thrown around a lot, but don't have a very clear understanding to make an educated decision on what kernels I should flash.

I think that was a new lag fix, there should be an older one that didn't involve voodoo kernels...

Look for RyanZA's OCLF... That is probably what you used. Tere is a remove feature in that app.
