yea now i cant flash anythign w/ odin :S. i may just give up and go to bed :S

nvm. its going again. but still same prob. aw well, i'll try once more w/ 2.2 and see if it will miraculously fix it. if not i'll wait till tomorrow. and nothing against u dx, but may give cory's method a try

also did try cory's method, and it gives me a "whole-file signature" and "signature verification failed"

nah not flashing w/ battery in. and i dunno. I called to tell them my battery didnt seem to be holding its charge. and it never did since i got the phone, but they keep saying that it was due to being a smartphone...so i let it go, thinking about just getting a new one. then after the dl30 flash, it really sucked it dry. tried mulitple times to do the battery stats stuff and nothing helped. and then i noticed it getting a bit hot after a while. so then I figured that my battery was faulty, so i called them up and they decided that instead of sending me a battery, they would send me a new phone. go figure. and just tried to flash the EB01_DXC.tar.md5 again with odin, the new one i jsut downloaded again, and it still finish its flashing within 2:48.

did you use the same file or did you redownload it?

. it sorta makes me wonder if somebody just disabled my phone since they sent me a new one without my knowledge...granted i dont think thats possible. but just trying to find some reason why this is going about the way it is, and just grasping at straws.

Just to throw in my 2 cents:

I went from DL30 to EB01 Full Stock yesterday. My ODIN "session" took only about 4 minutes or so.

Most of my apps were brought back automatically, but I then used Titanium Backup to bring back everything with the data.

Calls, data and everything else seem to be working. The only issue was the Google enhanced search which kept FC'ing. I removed the app and all is well.

To get that back instead of Bing, should I flash the debloated version or is there another way to kill the Bing and use Google?

I did use Titanium to freeze the different Verizon apps and CityID, etc.

Yeah I saw that, I'll probably end up doing that if I flash this. As it is DL30 seems to be working pretty well. I'll flash this and next week another leak will be out.

I'll may wait to see if sos3 releases a blackhole rom based on this.

super clean is a custom rom, so things like the lock screen were replace from puzzle to slide, touchwiz removed...etc litte tweaks that Adrynalyne has made

i would only bring back missing apps with data, remember you are going from 2.1 to 2.2 so things have changed,,,,,,and really it didnt format.

i thought i had that working...

Clak you will have to get rid of the update.zip on your sd card now because flashing rom manager replaces it...... you can use rom just dont flash it

Cool I will try both "flavors" let the addiction of flashing begin!... If i could only get a twist frozen yogurt with a gingerbread cone!
