Odin won't find EB01

When I click the PDA button in Odin it doesn't find EB01.(But it is downloaded) Do I need to unzip the file? If so, how do I do it?

at the end of the file it should look like this .tar.md5
if it looks like .tar.rar or .tar.zip right click on the file and choose to unzip, then try again

if odin still doesnt see it try this
Download and install 7zip , HERE then try again,

When I right click I don't have an unzip option. I do have 7zip though. There isn't an unzip option in 7zip either.

what do see on the file you downloaded
.tar

.tar.zip
.tar.md5

My DL30 superclean was zipped and it found that when I clicked PDA to download it last week, but it doesn't now. It only finds 3. cwm_froyo, cwmrecovery_DJ05_DL09_.tar, DL09.tar.md5

I flashed back to stock DL09 before I was going to try EB01 SC. Now I can't even get DL30 SC back. I'll try winrar and see if that works out.

if its coming up .tar its because 7zip is not recognizing the zip. it only see's that a .tar file is there. winrar should show it as a rar file and you will be able to uncompress it

right click and hit extract here,,,,or double click the file and a window should pop up and there is an extract button

I got it. I'm in odin downloading now. Thanks for help. All of us noobs definitely appreciate your help.
