Now txt msges won't work

So I had this problem last week, and what's happening is that my txt will not go though. When I click on a conversation, my msges are time stamped, but they are time stamped at the time I am looking. So I can look at my txt and it says sent at 1:00 and when I look ten min later, its says sent at 1:10. I will then reboot my phone and check and then they silk say pending and then get time stamped. The only way I was able to fix this was to clear my dev cache. But after a while I start all over again. Any ideas or suggestions? I'm running 2.9.2 with ultimate honeycomb theme, also running ec10 kernel.
